SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver to all major cities within South Africa.

Delivery takes between 2 - 4 working days.

We make use of The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number and relevant notifications directly from The Courier pertaining to the status of your delivery.
Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mon - Fridays. Please kindly note that there are no deliveries take place on a Saturday or Sunday.

REFUND POLICY
Please note that our refund policy is only applicable based on the following:​

Package has taken too long in delivery and there is dissatisfaction as a result
*The products were damaged in transit. In this case, CLEVA Nutrition should be notified within 24 hours. We will arrange for collection of the damaged product and replace the damaged goods

*If there is a quality issue we will provide you with a refund or exchange provided the goods are returned.

*Any refund or exchange are done on the proviso that the customer contacts us via one of our communication channels within a 24 hour period post receiving the goods. Refunds and exchanges will only be carried out once we have received the goods and they have been inspected by us to determine validity of claim.
​Refunds and Exchanges do not apply to goods on sale.

In the case of a product been received as a gift and any dissatisfaction in terms of the above is experienced, we will pass the value of the gift in the form of a credit voucher.
